- Preparation of documentation and representation for registration of trademarks in the Patent Office;
- Legal attendance, consultations and participation in negotiations for granting and transfer of rights on subjects of industrial property, license contracts, as well as preparation of the documents related therein;
- Protection of intellectual property rights against violations, including illegal import, unfair competition, use of trademarks without the required permission;
- Procedure representation on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in connection with protection of trademarks, design, integral diagrams and other subjects of industrial property.
